Well, if you need your parents permission, your obviously too young for the likes of God of War, Silent Hill and Skyrim
Anyway, back on topic - That video you linked to shows GTA playing via REMOTE PLAY... meaning the console is just acting as a streaming and input device, NOT actually running the game, which is still being done by the PS3. The PS3 is still more powerful in turns of CPU, so therefore more intensive games, like GTA 4, arent going to, if ever, get just straight ports, as the architecture is completely different (remember, the PS3 has 7 cores), as is the processing chips and general capabilities.

Unless you're actually living in China and Chinese laws prohibits it, you can tell them to get stuffed and do what you want. You're 21! There's no point living in the shadows! DANSS AND PLAY!
Most PS3 games won't move over directly as they'd suck. Porting a game usually drops quality and makes the game feel pretty lacklusture. Expect the best games to come across as completely new titles
