hey guys. was wondering if it were possible to begin a career mode on my playstation 3 and resume later on my vita, and vice versa? or perhaps syncing my games played from my vita with my ps3..is that possible,and if so, how? thanks.

No, it's not possible. The games are fundamentally different in many ways. The only thing they have in common is the physics simulation should be identical so you can play against each other but that's it.
