new update wiped out all of my games and dlc

i had the new update for a few days now and everytime i turn it comes up with rebuilding

mind you after it was done the only games that where gone was the ones that i brought from psn i should not have to redownload em again SHAME ON YOU SONY UR NEW UPDATE IS BEEEP I WILL BE ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK AFTER ANZAC DAY IM SICK OF BEING RIPPED OFF AND I WILL TAKE IT TO THE OMBUDSMAN IF I HAVE TO AS I PAY FOR GAMES IT SHOULD NOT BE WIPED OUT BY YOUR UPDATES JUST TO MAKE ME DOWNLOAD EM AGAIN SHAME ON YOU OH AND I WILL NEVER BUY PS PLUS AGAIN ETHER YOU ARE TURNING INTO A JOKE LIKE SEGA
