Umm that would be both. The price of the cards are a rip off in the first place, and game are also a rip off for charging full asking for it when others are not. Game dont sell games and consoles at the RRP do they, most games have a £50 rrp but they still manage to sell those for £40 just like online retailers do give or take a few pounds.

You seem to be the expert, i always thought the first rule of business was to be competitve. By your logic bricks and mortor stores should be charging the RRP and not give a monkeys about what their competition (Ie online retailers) are charging. Thats hardly competitive is it, and as said before is the reason game are in the trouble they are in.

No GAME are not a rip off. Most if not all bricks and mortar sell products for MSRP not just GAME. and not MSRP on most games is £39.99 and no longer £49.99 like they were years ago. There is the odd one that has an MSRP of £44.99. Most online retailers sell for £8-10 less then that because they can afford to.

Again you have no clue. Wanting to be competiTive and being able to afford to be competitive are two different things. There is a huge difference between the running costs of an online retail business and a bricks and mortar one. Rather then whining and moaning just vote with your money and don't buy from them if you think they charge too much.

Which is exactly what I do. Whether you like it or not, they way online sales are increasing sooner or later the Stores are going to have to compete with online or go bust, simple as.

Now your just making stuff up to suit your argument. Just look around most places and you will see nearly all games marked down from an RRP of £49.99. Just have a look on play, every new game, hell even older ones like Arkham City have an RRP of £49.99. You seem like one of these people with plenty of theoritical retail experience but none in the real wold. Time for another college course i think!!! ![]()
