Yes they are very reliable and have great customer service. I use them all the time.

I Have just ordered my 32GB card tonight went for a cradle and usb cable as well. no more running out of space can't wait.

Well mine came today not bad just over 72hrs from Canada can't beat them for service.

Yes they have always been very reliable in my experience and have very good customer service. They do take a few days to answer emails but they are a very small company with a small number of staff so that is to be expected.
