I'm waiting to get my discount voucher for Escape Plan but its been near 24 hours.

whats the process if I havent received it by now? Wait and see or contact someone?

I've been waiting since Sunday and still no sign of mine. I wanna play Escape Plan!!!

Think they might be just catching up as in the last hour had my codes for the home and profile, Escape Plan outstanding (seems everyone wants that game!).

Any help I requested mine about 2.45pm yesterday. They said allow 72 hours so can't complain yet, anyway would rather be getting them a bit later than have the wrong game discount or wrong value!

Can anyone help with my problem. I used my Escape Plan code when the replacement arrived last night l. I got charged 6.49. Rather than the £5. It should have been. Anything I can do to fix this now?

I also bought Escape Plan for £6.49 as I was sick of Sony messing the codes up and thought they'd just decided to change the terms at the last minute.

Anyone tried to get a refund? Im not overly bothered for £1.49 and it would cost more in phone calls to sort it out but if its something easy then its better in my pockets than Sony's!

It's been 27 hours since I redeemed my pre order code, still waiting. I hope I don't have to wait another 2 days for it because my friend has already got his and he redeemed his code 12 hours before I did.

Still waiting on mine and my Wife's codes to come through - we both have the home gear codes now but no sign of our discounts or Frobisher...been 30+ hours....come on Sony....
