PS Vita: General Discussion

Hi all

I have a few issues with my Vita, 1: the analogue sticks make a quiet gritty (almost like a light click sometimes) noise.

My left shoulder button creaks quite a bit, is this normal? someone said i should loosen the screw a tiny bit on the back of my Vita and it would fix this.

My other issue which annoyed me was that i could not load pages on my Vita through Wifi, it worked once before then stopped loading pages for no apparent reason even though it was connected to my Wifi and the near feature still worked. Then i did a full power off of my Vita instead of the sleep mode thing and when it came back on i could load web pages again, is this some kind of bug? or is something wrong with my Vita?.

Screen is very (over) sensitive? i only need to put my finger near something and it registers as a touch.

Last one is the blotchy screen on very dark images, this is apparently normal as everyone else has it? something to do with the oled screen.

if anyone can answer my questions, i would be grateful. Thanks.

I have the blotchy screen problem, the first two I would say if its annoying you now it will only get worse so send it back and get another one imho. as for the overly sensitive screen, not sure about that one

MoltenArmour you have had the wifi bug as well? i thought there was something wrong with it.. until i fully reset it.

Do you think the shop i got it from would replace it? or would i need to send it to sony? if that's even possible.

Not sure about the Wi-Fi, but the screen issues are pretty much "features". Anyhow, I'd try to swap it because of the analog sticks. At least mine are smooth as silk.

Send it back.  Shop should replace it.
