Those are used and not brand new. Plus they are from the market place sellers and not Play.com itself. Hardly a bargain.

and thats the cheapest everywere unless hotukdeals has a bargin

No it's not. Used games are expected to be and should be cheaper to begin with. It's a good price for a used game but it's far from being a great deal.
