every day i do a near update.and every day i get the same old gifts,i always get the first 3 unit 13 hvt,which i did weeks ago,and the hustle king avis,my point is if ive already got these things why do i constantly get them again?all i want is some mont crystals,

I get that.But why do i have to get gifts that i have done already,every day

Because items aren't permanently stored, they're time limited, and are stored so you don't end up with 500 of the same users item. It's overly complex as a system and could do with some optimisation, but it's a start

so is the uploading of gifts to near from your own vita automatic ?

eg if I wanted to upload some stuff onto the black market from uncharted do I have to select the treasures ?

I can't see a way top do it manually so far

tbh NEAR doesn't make a lot of sense to me and I struggle to see what the entertainment value is in it

If you have Near set to auto-update then I believe it should also auto-upload your gifts, as they are sent when you update your location.

However some games like TOM Blitz only actually share a gift if you actually specifically tell it to.  That is a PITA on that game because it doesn't make it clear at any point that for people to get crystals via Near you have to click Share on your daily scratch.

For weeks I was not sharing because there seemed no point spamming the Live Area with notifications that I just played Daily Scratch.  I suspect most people have the same problem, they just aren't aware how to trigger the crystals gift for Near.  Pretty much like every other function of Near really, overly confusing.

I'm surprised that NEAR doesn't tell you what you've uploaded. I'm fairly sure mine is set to  auto update but I never get any feedback

I agree it does seem to be confusing and possibly even a poorly conceived idea

In UNCHARTED :GA. If you scroll down the live screen you can see what you and you friends have accomplished and also see what you've given your friends( what they've downloaded from you,as you can't choose what they get)

Also If you take you PSV about and about with you it'll update more often(as long as you've changed your location,meaning you see more people and get more gifts)

I've found that using that map pin icon to keep the gift where it it (bear with me) and then it wont keep popping up when you update/search for new discoveries/gifts. When the item has expired just un-pin by pressing the map pin icon again and when you update then it/they should be lost and gone forever 

For some reason when pinning TOM Blitz items I find apart from the last batch you had they all dissapear regardless of being pinned. This is not a bad thing mind as this is what you want to happen unless you like collecting expired gifts...
