Hi guys,

Any Users who have already entered their pre-order code at psvitafirst.com will be e-mailed a unique URL to come back and sign in with PSN and select which game they want the discount on. Little Deviants, Super Stardust Delta, Hustle Kings or Escape Plan

Once you sign in you will see the following screen which advises you will only be e-mailed on the previously verified e-mail address.

The following screen will confirm that that we will only email the previously verified email address.

You can then select the game you want the discount on.

Once you have selected your game the following screen will be displayed advising that the voucher code for your game will be sent closer to the PS Vita launch.

If its your first visit to PSVitafirst.com then you will be asked to sign in as above.  You will then be asked to verify an e-mail address as we have not verified an e-mail address with you before.

The next step is to check your e-mail for the unique URL which will link you to the page where you enter your pre-order voucher code.

As before you then chose the game you want at the discounted rate.

Finally you will see the pre-order confirmation screen advising that the free DLC will be sent to the verified e-mail address within 72 hours. 

It may seem a little complicated to look at it like this but the process is very easy to complete.

Why does it say you'll get Frobisher Say's in the next 72 hours when you don't?

I received an email with my dlc codes but the store was down yesterday. Now the store is back my email has disappeared. Have the emails been recalled? Can I get my codes resent?

Talk about rubbing salt in the wound for all of us that haven't received our codes yet - even after getting in touch with customer services.

Is the price of the 4 games going to be the same?

i'd rather use my discount on a game thats going to be £10 rather than on a game thats going to be £20

I've had my voucher awhile but only put it on last night got my email this morning.

I've still not got my codes In my email yet. Rang customer services 2 weeks ago and waited 2 months for the codes. And still no joy.

Thanks for the guide, Got my pre order pack yesterday.

The verification email took about 8 hours to come through. I then followed the link and entered my code. So i should get my first codes within the next 72hours (hopefully sooner).
