Help - I can't even get past the email verification email where you enter the actual code from the voucher - it says 'There was an error with the pre-order code'

Any advice?

I've only received 2 codes, one for the PlayStation Home stuff, and the other for the Avatar. I'm not bothered about them, just want my discount code for Escape Plan, anyone received their game code yet?
