Right guys, tell me if I'm doing something wrong here?

I've registered the code on the website previously, about 3 weeks ago when I got it. Got the code for the tat for playstation home. Got my next email today about picking my discounted game. When I click the link it asks me to sign in and give an email address to have the code sent to, i do this and it asks me to input the code from the preorder box again but then proceeds to tell me there is an error with the code? What am I missing?

samething here click the link and it just asks for my email then it goes to the preorder  code page and then nothing

The same thing is happenning to everyone who tried to use the email recieved today. If you go back to your original email when you first entered the code and sign in through that it should work. It did for me and many others.

I'm having a small problem with this. I have recieved the email and it asks me to click on a button "select game", after doing this I sign into my psn account and it then asks me to enter the pre-order code again which of course produces an error because i've already done this at the start.

Clicking the link in the email never gives me an option of choosing the game?..

Pls help :*(

We can't help because there is no solution to this. You're not the only one having that problem if you read the other threads here n the same subject. The work around is to click on the link in the original email you got when you first used the code from the preorder bonus box, sign in and choose your game that way.

I have now seen i'm not the only one with this problem.

I've still got my original email, are you saying just click on any link within it that takes me to the playstation website? Then, how to I navigate to the page that lets me choose a game?

In the original email if I remember correctly there is a link to confirm that you redeemed the code. That takes you to the EU Playstation site where you sign into your account. It should ask you if you want to use the same email for the code to be sent that you gave originally. Then I believe it takes you to a page where you can select the game and confirm your choice. I can't remember exact,y but I think that's pretty much it. I did this a few days back and it worked. That's why I was surprised to get an email today to choose my game. The steps with that email leads to an error. Just try the link in the original email and you should be good to go.

Holy Schniz, that worked.  I was looking at the 2nd email containing the PSN vouchers for the digital rubbish, its the first one that asks you to verify your email address used.

I hate it when people don't read threads before posting so feel a douche for not doing it myself this time.
