How long does 3GB last?

Say you have the 3GB plan and you've got about 6 potential hours of game time a day...How fast would that go by if it were used for mostly gaming...

 

Also what uses the most data the fastest? Like Netflix or Flickr? Or any other entertainment apps they have on there?
