It's Not your friends fault or anyone else's the fault lays squarely with you,there was no reason whatsoever for you to activate a online pass on someone else's account for a game which you purchased .It clearly states that online passes can only be used on one account.Seeing as you were clearly game sharing it's no one else's fault but yours. If it means so much to you that you want a online pass then go and purchase one and in the future you won't be as stupid as you were by activating a online pass on someone else's account . Purple is there for a reason and if you choose to ignore it then you have to live with the consequence 's.

The reason for the online pass is so that if a used game with no valid code is bought a online pass has to be purchased on the store so that Sony and the developers get some money because they get no income from the used games market.
You should of realised the code could only be redeemed once and will have to buy a online pass of the store (for £7.99 I believe) and learn not to use codes on your friends account.
