Is the PS Vita Capable of Anti Aliasing

Evening,

So basically I was wondering whether the PS Vita is capable of using Anti Aliasing. I have owned the Vita for a few days now and there are some games (Wipeout) where it looks like its being used and then others (uncharted) where there are some quite promonant jaggies. I get that devs are still getting to grips with the hhardware so games are always gonna improve graphically..

Now dont get me wrong I love the Vita and I think its a great bit of kit but for me jaggies are my worst gaming nightmare..

I have read on some sites that it is capable of anti-aliasing and on other's users have stated that it isnt capable. Is it something to do with the GPU architecture? I dont believe it's to do with the amount of RAM as the Vita has 512mb + 128mb dedicated VRAM which is more than the PS3.

Could someone please confirm whether it is or isnt capable of anti aliasing?

I have also asked Playstation support so I will post their as and when I receive it!

Thanks

From what I've read in terms of specs the PS Vita is more than capable of applying anti alising either as a hardware or software rendering process.

In terms of spec the graphics processor is similar to the one used in the iPhone 4s but is a quad core variant rather than a duel core variant that's in the iPhone 4s, and as the iPhone is capable of anti alising there is no reason why the PS Vita shouldn't.

At the moment I think the reason for the lack of AA is down to devel

At the moment I think the reason for the lack of AA is down to developers not implementing it due to lack of programming experience and unoptimized coding not allowing the performance to be consistent once AA is implamented. Once developers get experience we will see AA being used but it may take a while yet as PS Vita games are not exactly flooding out of the developers doors yet.
