Re: Is the Vita too late to save?

The game are coming.

Sony spent to much time on the blunder book for PS3 when it would have been better suited for the Vita.

Yes they have basicly ignored the VIta but the 3rd partys have been showing a nice set of game.

 ports

 unique titles

 upgrades

It not all as dire as we thought but I did expect more from Sony at E3 with showings due to it being their latest flag ship.

But third partys did Sony's Job for them.

Selling my Vita? No some nice games coming.

But Sony get your act togther The Vita should have had more time!

Re: Is the Vita too late to save?

I'm gonna wait until Christmas before I decided weather or not to sell the Vita. Still quiet a few game events coming up over the next few months, so plenty of time to show of future titles.

Lol, I noticed after I wrote the title that it clearly didn't make sense... It's got all the right words in all the wrong places.

I personally have no intention of selling my Vita and hope that some good games are on their way.

I know the feeling.  I thought it was out LAST week after the demo came out then realised no such luck.

Re: Is the Vita too late to save?

It would have been nice if, like Nintendo did with the 3ds, Sony held a separate conference for the vita. This way they could show 'us' all the games we have to look forward too.

I think Sony are well aware that they screwed up buy not showing enough Vita content. I don't think the system is a 'sinking ship', but it definitely needs some AAA software and fast. To be fair both gravity rush and little big planet look pretty decent and they are both released soon.

I did enjoy reading your blog and I agree that people forget how the 3ds suffered to begin with due to a complete lack of software, we are lucky we have some great games to play already!

[ Edited ]

By the end of the year the Vita will have numerous original titles above 80 and 90% metacritic scores. That should bring in good sales, I think.

Gravity Daze
Wipeout 2048
Uncharted GA
Soul Sacrifice
Assassins Creed Title

Sly Cooper Thieves in Time
Call of Duty

LittleBigPlanet

Pretty solid lineup of AAA Vita exclusives right there for 2012. I'm sure the consumers will come over time.

It is each to it's own but titles are in developement shame sony ignored the Vita at E3 and left it to 3rd partys to advertise for them, Sony must realy be short of cash.
