Re: Media Go with PS Vita

SONY HAVE DESIGNED THE VITA SO IT ONLY WORKS WITH EITHER YOUR PS3, PC CONTENT MANAGER OR VITA'S PSN STORE!

Re: Media Go with PS Vita

Sony have gone to some lengths to try to protect the Vita from piracy.

Inability to access the files is one of the things they're using. It's a pain for the honest user (like all anti-piracy measures) but I can't see them changing it.

Get a PS3 and you can download to PS3 for transfer to Vita....

More to the point what's with you using it in the first place when it's not neccessary and is considered rude and shouting. As to your question Media Go is not comaptible with the Vita and never will be due to the rampant piracy on the PSP. Blame the pirates and not Sony. Media Fo is never going to be compatible with the Vita. End of story.

Re: Media Go with PS Vita

If Sony really wanted to be secure with what goes on Vita why not allow transferring from the most secure DRM-protected player (and sadly one of the most popular) iTunes?

I love Sony's Walkman line and admit I would go out and buy an overpriced 32Gb card if i could use my Vita for music and videos without jumping through hoops, but after trying iTunes, which didn't allow playlist syncing, Media Go, which did badly, and Zune, which didn't even find 168Gb of music and video, I settled for the underrated gem which is Winamp-which does allow playlist syncing via Content Manager!

I wish I could rely on the Sony method, as I'm not a pirate-just a music afficionado.
