Re: New Minis Platform for Vita?

[ Edited ]

So if PSP was Minis does that mean Vita is Midis? :smileywink:

Hmm, that would mean mobile games are Micros.  LOL

Re: New Minis Platform for Vita?

Given the nature of the device, i cant see why this cant directly compete with apples app store for games. They could have an independent app store (kinda like Xbox live do with there Indie Arcade) and just allow devs to release there iOS style games at similar prices.

Re: New Minis Platform for Vita?

I've never wanted to or had the desire to purchase and download minis. They ate for the most part a waste of money and eay overpriced. In most cases you can get the same games on the iOS platform for a lot less. Not to mention most of them seem like they're rubbish anyway.

Well Playstation suite is currently on mobiles and tablets and so far under my knowledge, only PS1 games have been sold,

Pinball Heroes is a PlayStation Suite game, and that's a PSP game, not a PS1 one. It's probably never been sold though. It's given away free on Sony tablets.

Wooooooah steady there!  Just because a new platform is arriving soon, it does not mean the end for the previous one?  Who do you think Sony are?  Some other company or something?

Unfortunately, for me, a day 1 PSP owner, its life came to an end after about 2 years.

Having a full blown app store for the Vita would be cool, but top of my list would be the ability to play standard PSN games on the Vita, and it would probably be able to handle most of them.

Re: New Minis Platform for Vita?

I think I should have written my first post a little better. Im not directly targeting playstation suite and only mentioned it, as I know comparisions would have been made, but im talking about minis evolving for the PS Vita to use its features and higher resolution etc.

In another note, tried a minis game I got with Plus, Hungry Giraffe. What an great little game, would make a great Minis (Vita) title
