PS Vita: General Discussion

Hi guys, I haven't been around here for a long time. But have always loved all things gaming. I'm interested in the vita but really don't know much about it at all. I'll give you a bit of background on me first. I used to live and breath gaming about 2 years ago but other things hve seen my interest wane. One to the reason for my lack of interest is the lack of interesting title. I purchased a psp 1000 at launch and also a go but never found that I utlised them much. Which is why I'm hesitant about purchasing a vita. I am keen to have a look into portable gaming but would like to know what is happening out there. Specifically I would love you feedback on the hardware what do you like about it and what is left to be desired. What the game titles are like, is they a great variety of game styles are they enjoyable to play and finally are you using the device in non gaining ways. Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks.

had the vita for 2 or more weeks now and its a brillant piece of kit but lacks in apps and games department

got mine of ebay for £155 with 8gb memory card

if you do pick it up then get unit 13 if your into shooter and stealth games

looking forward to doctor who when it arrives on psvita soon

Considering the poor reviews Dr. Who has got on the PS3 I wouldn't hold up much hope for the Vita version.

I guess I was never really interested in the game in the first place and the reviews have only made my decision not to get it even easier. In my opinion from what I've read it doesn't do the show any justice.

The Vita launched with more games available than any other console launch. Fact.

You must be on cloud cuckoo land or something. Apart from the fact the game is also coming to Vita in a few weeks there is no way on earth it would help sell millions of Vitas. It's probably the worst game that's released or coming out for the Vita so far.
