Official: PSOne Classics on PS Vita soon after launch

Downloaded PS one Classics will be compatible with PS Vita soon after launch

Apparently PSOne classics will be compatible with the Vita, maybe it's time for people to re-think which memory card(s) they should buy.

For people who want a 32GB (or imported one) card i would recommend to buy two 16GB instead, let's say you lose your 32GB card and your saves, Plus for Vita wasn't announced yet (so no Online STorage for Saves...) and even if we can copy our saves to our PC let's be honest, we will never have the latest backup of saves on our PC. Just saying =)

No thanks. I have no desire to have two 16GB cards as its too cumbersome to have to turn of the Vita switch the cards and then turning it back on. Not to mention all the icons will be jumbled. Besides I have no intention of and am not going to lose my memory card. Plus the back ups on my Mac or PS3 will always be current. I'll stick with my 32GB card. I'm getting a free 8GB from Amazon which I may or may not keep.

To be honest, I think it'd be alot easier to lose one of your memory cards if you had two. By just having one, it'll stay in your Vita all the time.

Goos point, still if it decides to stop working you'll have to wait a lot of time to import another 32GB. Or is it available in EU?

Ive your gonna have two cards then you just increase the risk of losing the cards compared to have one card were there is no risk as that card shouldnt* leave your vita.

It's very unlikely for memory cards to just stop working. I've had many different ones over the years and never had a problem. The fact that they are solid state means there is very little chance of any of anything happenning to it unless you get some kind of liquid or in it for example. If it does happen then I'm happy to wait for another to arrive. As others have said having more then one you're more likely to lose one. If you only have one then it will probably reside in the Vita.

This makes me happy. I have been hunting for details on this and it was the deciding factor for buying a PSVita. Cheers for the link!

Good grief, it doesn't take that long to import a card... Fedex came to drop mine off two days ago, and it is a US release card, so I wasn't expecting to get it until after my Vita... 3 days to get from Hong Kong to NZ...
