Ordered mine with Amazon too. Sent yesterday at 3.30pm through first class (via Royal Mail). Still no arrival and am extremely p***** off to be quite honest.

I can't take this anymore, can't put myself through with it. I'm done. I don't want to hear the word Vita again for a while. I'm totally stressed out. Need to chill.

Have spoke to Amazon and they have appologised and said they will refund the postage and I can expect my vita in the next 5 days. I have said this is completely unnaceptable and I am awaiting a response from the manager.

i did the same kavan30, its just completely unacceptable. They just kept blaming the carriers though. The fact is, is that if they cannot 'guarantee' release date delivery like the order process seemed to suggest if ordering through first class, then they should have never promoted it in this respect.

I have just spoken to the manager. He is trying to get my vita delivered tommorow, he has refunded my postage and will be putting a £10 credit on my account. I suggest you do the same Mark0605.

Im furious, I took the day off work and have been sat around like a tool waiting for something that wont arrive. I cant even see it arriving tommorow to be honest. This is the last time I have any dealings with amazon ever.

HDNL delivered my Vita just before 2pm, I was probably one of the last to recieve mine today, everyone was talking about getting at like 9am

I feel sorry for the guys who didn't get it today

better than i did mate, only got a £5 credit on my account and delivery refund and just their sincere apologies. im now in a difficult situation as I have a feeling that if it wasnt delivered today the likelihood of receiving it tomorrow is low. Im absolutely fuming but am so helpless as theres nothing I can do to affect it. Do you reckon its worth calling the local sorting office to check?

I think just cut your losses and wait for it to come. I feel your pain but the only thing you can do is never use them again. I know I wont. Useless is not the word. I live in jersey and work full time so god knows when I will see mine as you probably have to sign for the package. The annoying thing is that they have them in stock in blockbuster down the road but I cant afford to buy one as amazon have taken the money from my account. GRRRRRR!!!!!
