Re: PS Vita shaped paperweight...

[ Edited ]

People jump in and buy a console at launch expect every thing.

The Vita has had more going for it in two months than the Wii had in it's first 6 months.

Yes Gravity Rush is all about opinions and TBH I could not give two hoots about it..

Paperwaight well you should have researched more as to what the Vita would get in the first few months.

Yes games sales have dried up a little but that is ALWAYS the case with a new console.

I am in it for the long term I knew what I was getting into as I do when I have bought every console at launch.

If you are not happy sell it! People love to complain rather than use their own head then call people fanboys  or children for stating the Facts!

Sony are stabbing their loyal family customers in the back - We have 3 PS3s and 3 PSPs all on the same IP address and all registered with Sony. Why can't we use them at the same time anymore?

Crustyjockstrap speaks the truth

There's nothing worse on a forum or more childish to see than when a thread starter resorts to insults of other board users just because they don't agree with his opinion

You made a thread on a forum, a medium for others to read your opinion and then reply in either agreement or (in this case) not
You can't go spouting your opinion then act like a petulant child when others disagree with you or make valid points in relation to your mistakes or oversights

The 'just sell it' approach is fine but you will take quite a loss on a console now if you want to shift it. I saw a mint console and 16gb memory card struggle to sell at £155 today!

Re: PS Vita shaped paperweight...

FooFan73, I have no idea what you are talking about (and neither, it would seem, do you).

Unlike you I have not resorted to callow insults.  Quite the opposite.  I have been respectful and have gone out of my way to make it completely clear that I am pleased for other Vita owners if they love their machines.  I genuinely am.

I also never made any of the ill opinions, which appear to be fueling this ridiculous "discussion".  I never said my opinion of Gravity Shift was that it was mediocre/poor or otherwise.  I have NO opinion as I have not played it.

Frankly, I think the negative comments made throughout this thread are laughable and the situation has been blown out of all proportion by some loud 'mouthed' and ignorant forum members.

It's a shame that some have to ruin it for the rest of us.

Re: PS Vita shaped paperweight...

I remember when the PS3 came out, next to no games or anything, Now I am spoilt for choice. I am a bit bored with my Vita a bit too, but I also understand that the Vita is new and no doubt a crap load of developers are creating games as we speak. Patience is a Virtue!

No to mention there is a good selection of Mini games and PSP games that work,

No ones ruining it for anyone except for maybe you. You're just digging yourself a deeper and deeper hole I'd quite now before that hole gets even deeper. And it's not Gravity Shift but Gravity Rush. At least get the name right.

Re: PS Vita shaped paperweight...

Folks, I don't think this thread is going anywhere fast. Lets cut out the accusations of who said what and what they meant by that and who is wrong or right. Otherwise it will just degenerate into flame-throwers at dawn.

Actually, I don't know what more can be said on the thread.

...

I like Everybody's Golf. It's been keeping my Vita active most days since 22nd February and now it's amazingly cheap. Yay! :smileyvery-happy:

Now tell me if I'm wrong but What you said there is patronising, condescending, arrogant and a complete disregard for opinions which differ from yours
