That's very odd. I got Space Shooter for 2 Bucks and Rumble Trucks from PS+ and I just tried them now - it gets to the minis loading screen and then says 'an error occurred' and kicks me back to the home screen. (Just like everybody else.)

Of course anything I've bought is fine.
