you need to have the original bubble download before you install it.

"Install BUBBLE" means when you initially download it on the PS3, it is in a "bubble" like icon. Clicking it installs to the PS3 as a game, and the "bubble" version (install) can be deleted. Most people delete the install bubble, but you need the game in the "install bubble" format, thats the only way to transfer across

Makes no change for me.
I have just downloaded (Without installing) 2 PSONE games on my ps 3.
None of them shows up in the vita Content Manager.

This is VERY bad Sony.
I just spend money on these games to play on my vita

PS1 games DO work, you're obviously doing something wrong

Read this thread's opening post again and follow the instructions correctly

Followed them step by step:

Here is what i do:

Vita: Selecting Content Manager -> Seleceting Connect to a PS3 System -> PS3 and Vita Connects -> I seect "PS3 System > PS Vita System" under "Copy Content" -> i Choose "Applications" -> Playstation -> "Applications Downloaded on the PS3 System"

And i get "There are no content items".

I get that under everything under "Applications".
But if i select music, videos and photos, i can see all of it.

You obviously aren't following step by step as you've made a mistake

When the PS1 games are downloaded to the PS3 DO NOT INSTALL THEM!!! For the Vita to see them on your PS3 they need to be in their downloaded but pre-installed state, ie 'Bubbles'

You must be doing something wrong, we're not all lying, PS1 games DO work

I havent installed any of those games. They are all in Bubble Mode on the PS3. So yeah i followed the steps.
I can even make a video of the entire process.

This is ridiculous. I just restored the entire system from factory settings, updated it to latest firmware again, connected it to PS3. Still same problem. Shows "There are no content items". *****!
All the PS ONE games on the PS3 are in Bubble state. no installed games.
