Had a phone call from Playstation support which turned out to just be them confirming the details... still waiting for a resolution... This is getting a bit silly.

I haven't heard anything yet. I'm going to call them back on Friday, it has been 2 weeks then that seems reasonable to me.

I registered on the fourth and haven't heard a thing since the please confirm your email email on the 4th when I first put my code in on the site. I tried again just in case the process wasn't completed and the code is now invalid so it must have been processed at some point. I haven't got the email with the voucher codes though.

I've just spoken to an advisor who has "escalated" the matter and says someone will get back to me. A one point she tried to tell me that codes wouldn't be issued as soon as you registered. That's fine but it's been almost three weeks and other people have received their codes.

Oh how I miss physical rewards as opposed to digital one

Playstation NL indicated to me they had received an internal memo indicating something did go wrong and it will take several weeks to figure it out and resend the codes to the players that haven't gotten them yet.

Still waiting for my code to come to my email. But nothing there yet I will give them till next week. If not I will ring them up to see where my code Is.

Entered my code about 4 days ago now. Still noting however I did get a email with my Resistance Burning Sky Theme from Sony last night.

I tried again and it just said "There is a problem with this code". That's why I phoned Sony. Still waiting on a reply but it is boxing day and guess they weren't able to come up with a solution before the holidays started.
