They don't seem to be in rush to help out. I still haven't heard back from Sony. I followed up my call to be told it had been escalated but there was nobody to deal with it at the moment because supervisors get longer holidays then the call centre staff. Not amused. I put my code in on the 4th of Dec. Still waiting

Slight update: The supervisors are looking into my case at the moment (not the missing email situation as whole) but they have only just got back from holiday. The only suggestion on the system at the moment is that if the code isn't working then I could try taking it back to the store I got it from and get a replacement.

The problem is the code was working otherwise I wouldn't have been able to enter it into the PSVita website. It's Sony's email system that isn't working! Why they couldn't have just given the codes to us in the box I'll never know! God I hate digital extras!  I'll let people know if I hear anything new!

Not really but he said all the codes are been sent out over the next few weeks

That's a really poor explanation from Sony. It doesn't say a thing. It doesn't explain why some people put in thier code and got their vouchers straight away and why others are still waiting. I'm still waiting on a supivior to get back in touch. I'm going to ask them why this has happened and what they advise.

This whole procces hasn't been neccasserry which makes the whole thing worse. If they could issue codes for a website why and make the website issue emails why didn't they just cut out the stupid website and put the codes in the box in the first place?
