Basically, if you registered on the first day, you didn't get one. I was really anoyed about that, and they have messed up here again.

Got one of my codes today, customer service emailed it to me but they was supposed to give me two codes since i registerd two pre-ordered packs

Still waiting for mine. But it's a good sign that they're getting out there even if they are having to be manually emailed.

Hi guys,

I have a bit more information on this for you.  Anyone who have been waiting more then 7 days for a code will have to contact PlayStation Support who will be able to confirm eligibility and arrange for a code to be sent.

If you have only just registered then your code should still be e-mailed to you.  If after 7 days you have not received your voucher code then give PlayStation Support a call as above.

Just got an email from Sony Customer Support with two codes. One for Playstation Home Items and one for the Avatar. Maybe I'm being dense but there was also mention of discounts for selected games and early access to Frobisher Says. How will those be distributed?

Think the other codes will be sent out round the time PSVita will come out, said somewhere

The email states that those codes will be sent out closer to the release date, which is nice.
