Joshy how long was it since you contacted customer support to you getting your codes? And how did they get sent?

I put in my code on the 1st of January and I still have not recieved my codes i phoned customer support but they just said to wait 7 days but can anyone give me advice to get my codes through for my free products

i contacted them a week or two ago. they passed it on from customer service to network suport who passed it own to the head office which is only on weekdays and i recieved two codes (one for the avatar and one for the ps home items) in an email on 23/01/2012.

I redeemed my pre-order code today at 12:30 and had my avatar and home items codes at 11 tonight, took 10 and 1/2 hours in total a lot quicker than some people are experiencing!!!!

This is getting beyond a joke, it appears that whoever you phone up at Sony gives you a different story, some of us are told to wait, others are passed through to Network Support, some get codes and some don't. I'm in the market for a new TV and if Sony don't get me my codes before launch date (entered code 29/12/20011) there is no way it will be Sony branded. If you e-mail them they just tell you to phone Network Support what a farce!

This is realy starting to annoy me! What will I ask for them to do if I phone them because last time they just said to wait 7 days but I want more than that what can i ask for? It has been a month now and just want my codes haha

I would just say to support that you have been waiting a month and have done all that they have told you to do. Hopefully then they will ask for your code to send to the network team so they can send you the reward codes. It may take some time though as I gave my code to support over a week ago and still haven't got my first rewards.

I am going to phone sony (again) tomorrow afternoon as this is beyond a joke now. How bloody hard is it to send codes out via email.

Is it just the UK that's having problem's with this or is it the whole EU?
