They need to rebuild Home from the ground up for the next playstation IMO Home is nothing like how Sony wanted it or said it would be like.

I still like home how it is anyways, had some great times on there from the first few days of home everyone stood in lines doing the running man till the xi quest

I think it'll be good, I don't use Home, but the concept was good and I really do think it would be better on the Vita than PS3.
