Day of PS Vita release for every country.

No sooner.

The store is the same store you access from PS3 it just will filter out content that only runs on PS3.  

YouTube PS3 companion app HD video, NA 1.04/EU 1.00 720p HD Video
( Remote access controll usage, No DS3 used... )
