PS Vita: General Discussion

I less they announced it today for the ps3 but no details if it will be on the vita

If its going to be available for the Vita then I'm sure Sony will announce it when they are good and ready. That said I wouldn't hold your breath.

Smash Brothers is one of my favourite Nintendo franchises so I'm really looking forward to this game.

How do you figure that ? By your logic they should make every game for both PS3 and Vita with cross play. That just isn't going to happen. Besides I'm not sure how well this would translate to a small screen. Jump Superstars on the DS whilst a great game wasn't exactly easy to play on the DS' small screen.

The fact is its a first party title, the vitas not selling brilliantly any more (early days i know) but they need to get some attractive titles on here to make people think about buying it. This title has potential to do that given smash bros is hugely popular anyway. It would almost be bad business by sony if they dont consider supporting there own device with titles like this.

Given the screen advantage on the vita, i see your point but the vita is in a far better position to make this work than the DS would have ever of been.
