Haven't had a chance to test in work sorry guys. Off tomorrow but will definitely give it a go on thurday and see if the update has changed anything!

My psv stopped the crashing and now i can connect to the internet easily, everythin fine now after the update for me :smileyvery-happy:

I'm pleased to report that after consistent crashes at work, the update seems to have fixed the WiFi problem.

Nice of Sony to admit there was a fault though, eh?! *rollseyes*

good news! i too can confirm that the freezing seems to be fixed after the update. tested in work today and had no issues at all!
