PS Vita: General Discussion

So looking on the store today i see that loads of psp games have dropped down in price, i am  going to pick up both the god of war games £6.49 thats a bargain right ?

But what other psp games would you recommend, i know its very subjective to what games you enjoy playing but are there any stand out titles that are too good to be missed?

Well you didn't say what kind of games you like.... everyone asks for suggestions but then just dismisses the answers because they're not what they like.

So, with only GoW to go on :

Not sure if it's dropped in price, but Persona 3 Portable is a very good JRPG - not quite as cutesy or manga inspired as some stuff out there. Last time I saw it though it was still £23.99 - if you like RPGs it's easily worth that if you're not sure then maybe wait for a price drop.

Corpse party is pretty cool too - it's kind of a horror/adventure/survival game but it looks like a typical handheld RPG (it's not an RPG though).

I loved Tekken dark resurrection on PSP, I think that is cheap now, the GTAs are pretty cheap and also by Rockstar the Warriors is good too.

I'm not sure if they're there, but the Syphon Filter games are also great (I played them on UMD at release so not sure if they're donwloadable now) as is Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker.

Really there are a ton of good PSP games - anything where you can remap controls to take advantage of the second analog is also a plus.

The only PSP games that I have thoroughly enjoyed are the two GoW games and LBP. Dantes Inferno isn't bad but very similar to GoW. In fact I'm thinkng about the GoW games for my Vita (though not sure if they work) I find most PSP games a bit shallow and they don't hold my attention

Phantasy Star Portable 2 has been a lot of fun. I certainly enjoy it 10x more than Monster Hunter.

The 3rd Birthday is fairly enjoyable also. Really showed what the system was capable of.
