Reported Issues/ Solutions with the PS Vita

Hi guys,

 

Here is a collection of the current issues raised with the Vita, and available solutions for them over on our Technical Help and Advice Boards:

 

  • Issue with Vita Pre Order codes, once redeemed do not display the correct game chosen for purchase.

  • Near is not working (correctly) WiFi and 3G

  • Ridge Racer- issue with redeeming the code accompanying it.

  • Error code C4-8468-6, rear Vita Camera is not working.

  • Error code C2-12383-7 when trying to install Tales From Space.

  • The new Vita Pre order £5 discount code doesn't give me the full amount discount.
