Whenever I turn off my vita then turn it back on all the home bubbles are all over the place. Very annoying, anyone have a similar issue?

I haven't experienced this issue myself. Not quite sure why it would do that. I'm guessing anything to do with the homescreen setup is saved to the internal system memory...

The only time mine did this is when I upgraded to a 32gb card,...But I was aware this would happen,

but it doesn't do it just from normal use,unfortunately I don't have any explanation why your does it......Sorry

It did happen to me a few times in the beginning when I got my Vita at launch but it hasn't happenned since. Normall it only happens wen you reset the Cita or change memory cards.

Do you have unit 13? I think it has to do with tht i deleted the data for it and it looks like mine is now fixex

Yes this is normal when you rebuild the database, but it is not normal if your only turning on and off.
