It depends on where you order it from and what delivery method. Also you have to include the factor of, can it fit through your letter box. If you have selected a delivery option that includes tracking then you will have to sign for the delivery. If its just 1st/2nd class then its most likely not needed to be signed for.
Usually if a parcel doesnt fit through my letter box, my postman usually hides it somewhere for me and drops me a note.

My mistake but thats generally the idea. My postman usually arrives between 11-12 so I guess you will have to time your trip to getting the vita and when to be at home to collect your parcel. Hence why im leaving at 9am

They aren't any good. They are amaaaaaaaaaazing. I have been using them for the last 3 years and wish I had started using them earlier, I remember whenever I used to come across their website when they first started out, I thought they sold import games, because it was so cheap (no longer the case!.) And they also used to make you sign until about the last year or so. Excellent for pre-orders, I've pre-ordered at least 20 games, and each one has been delivered on the Wednesday except for one which arrived on Thursday. Console pre-orders are delivered on the day of release
