Skype on PS Vita

I brought today PS Vita wifi only model from Saudi Arabia, I can't find SKype there but when i visit skype.com its saying Skype is available in PS Vita how can i get skype on PS Vita ?

it is available in europe and america but unsure on other countries availability of skype check the playstation store on the vita if it under the ps vita app section then it is available for your country if not then it may not be available.
