It's there now. Still on the fence about installing it, only that I don't have many people to Skype, once I have a solid social base, definately.

all this excitement is a bit premature, there has been an absolutely GLARING oversight in the Vita Skype app, you can't add new people to your contacts... honestly *****

It's all good, because I'm using skype on my XP for the time being.

it's still an INSANE thing to leave out

I can only guess they left out all the contact management functionality to cut down on the size maybe? Would have thought leaving the history function out instead would have made more sense.
