I'll put my name on here as well as I'm having a similar issue. I don't use the bluetooth so never have it turned on but once powered down it seems to come on randomly upon startup. Can't figure this out and it's not a huge problem, more an irritation as I have to keep turning it back off, only for it to come back on on startup again.
Although it's not the end of the world I'd like to know if it's a known issue, and is a fix being worked on? If not, where can I report it for a bug fix?
