Sound Shapes trailer.. wrong format?

I would've thought that videos made available for the Vita via its version of the store would be compatible with the Vita, but apparently not - the trailer for Sound Shapes is in the wrong format, apparently.  It seems to be an mp4, so I guess it's been encoded using the wrong codecs.

 

Does anyone else have this problem, or is it just me?

I think everyone has the same problem. There are quiet a few E3 videos that don't even work on the Vita.
