PS Vita: General Discussion

The day I bought my VITA was about a month ago during my visit in Japan for business. I just walked in a video games store and there it was in front of me. Got a 8GB card and Uncharted of course being the only game on full English. Been waiting for the eu ps store to open ever since.

A great piece of hardware, waiting to play great games on it.

Well, my local gamestation where I pre-ordered from, is opening at 7.30. So, I've got the missus dropping me off at the store at around 7 ish (small town with only ten pre-orders at GS means I'll probably be the first there). I've put £500 on one of those gift card things they have so theres no time wasted counting cash. I'm literally running out of that store with the 3g vita, a 16gb card, a hard case, and as many games (including uncharted and UMvC3) as that gets me. I've been waiting like a little kid for Christmas ever since I heard about this beautiful piece of tech last E3. I was hoping we'd get a midnight release but apparently theres just not enough people pre-ordered in store. Damn my tiny home town!!! It's a conspiracy to keep me away from my vita for an extra seven and a half hours!!! lol

Turns out HMV opens at 8.30am and not 9am, so I should get my PS Vita 30 minutes earlier. I'm so itchy and fidgety it's not funny anymore! TORTURE!

D'oh!! It really is like Gamestation are holding out on me! 7.30 is eon's longer to wait. It's absolute torture, especially since i live less than 2 minutes away from the store that has my vita in!

Nuts, ours is opening at 8.30 - its the earliest they can because the shopping centre its in opens at 8.30 to the public. Bah.
