Whenever I try to play Uncharted: Golden Abyss it comes up with 'the network features have been disabled' which means I cant party chat or connect while playing. Is there a way to fix this?

No dont think so, i had read it was done to conserve power to play games like uncharted as your battery wouldnt last very long, but im not 100% sure on this

nope, it probably caused problems for them to let the network features stay active in the back ground,

ı bought yesterday fortune hunters game pack from psstore 47,99 TL but downloaded only fortune hunters theme.

I think there is a problem because the theme can not expensive like this.

do you have any idea or any experience about the fortune hunters game pack

same error happens with me when playing gravity rush or super stardust delta...

It's not lame - it preserves battery and gives full CPU power to the game. Why do you need to be connected when playing a game?

uncharted has no online mode so a connection is not required so as frodo said it provides full power to the game

I'm still not convinced this is just a battery saving feature.

Compare the games which disable online to those that don't. Wipeout for example, taxes the system at least as much as Stardust and probably Uncharted, yet it has always on online. Same for Virtua Tennis, Golf etc. Very few games disable the online while running and there are some games that only disable the online when you go into certain modes (I think AR mode in Golf does for example).

There was a rumour just after the Japanese launch that the limitation was in fact due to some use of the accelerometers and networking was disabled for that reason. The accelerometers and compass functions use methods that interfere and can be interfered with by radio transmissions. It could be that wifi/3g is disabled in games like Uncharted and Stardust (both use the accelerometer at times) to avoid problems with things like aiming in uncharted or camera movement in stardust.

If it is this latter issue, then it would've been nice to have the option to disable them - particularly in stardust where the camera movement isn't much value.

While they are offline games, it would be nice to continue to get notifications and party chat while playing.
