PS Vita: General Discussion

I would like to start this topic as we all know we can't trust this official compatibility list for PSP games so i start my own. I have tested these games myself and can confirm they all work:

- The 3rd Birthday

- God of War: Ghost of Sparta (really happy this works as it's not on Vita's Store)

- Gods Eater Burst

- Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker (same as GoW:GoS)

- Motorstorm: Arctic Edge

- Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny

- Split/Second Velocity

- Undead Knights

- Flatout: Head On

- Medievil: Resurrection

- Obscure: The Aftermath

- TNA Impact: Cross the Line

- Tomb Raider: Anniversary

- Smackdown vs. Raw 2011

(Keep in mind that this is only for the EU Store.)

So, i hope you guys will help me and test your PSP games on Vita and are they working or not. All my PSP games that i own worked so i don't know what games don't.

I'm not planning to do i list that i update regularly  (yeah, i'm lazy) but if someone wants to do that, be my guest

Metal Gear portable ops works a treat along with lbp and pirates 3.

I was thinking of buying Peace Walker, but im sure i read the MGS HD collection is coming to vita. Can anyone confirm this as ill wait for that.

Modnation Racers works - i also have GTA vice city stories which is downloadable in my list on the vita but im yet to test it. I have read in other threads that it does work though.

Work - note these are all downloadable on the Vita, no need for PS3 to transfer

Yes, MGS HD collection is coming to Vita but it doesn't include Peace Walker like PS3/Xbox 360 versions so Vita version only includes MGS2&3... ...so feel free to buy Peace Walker from PS Store Remember, you have to buy it from PS3 Store as it's not in Vita's Store (weird!?!) but after that you can download it directly from download list on Vita

Thats a shame, was hoping it would be in the collection along with some nice shiney trophy support Oh well. Cheers mate.

Im sure i created  thread similar to this the day before the vita came out: hmmmmm.

Anyways theres is alot of confirmed working games in that post. From all the psp titles off the store to other games that people have confirmed.

There are a few things to consider before a game is confirmed as not working as we found out

- Is your game on the store (NO?)

- Then go in your downloads list and download (Still no?)

- Downnload on your ps3 then transfer to your PS Vita

Please use them steps before you confirm a game as not working. Fireteam bravo 1,2 & 3 all work but 1 & 2 require you to download them on your ps3 then transfer
