Re: Vita problems

do you have Near automatic updates on? It sounds like it's running a process every now and then, could be the Near updates.

Re: Vita problems

Thanks.

I've just turned off 'Obtain data automatically at regular intervals' now. Hopefully this is the fix haha.

Re: Vita problems

the most common problem forme is memory failure. This happens when to much things are done at a time.

To solve this problem you will have to go on the safe screen (aka lock screen or start screen) and hold the (') button (imitation) for 30 seconds.

Re: Vita problems button not working

Hi elijah3699,

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your PS Vita. :smileysad:

Is this issue happening accross multiple games, or is it just the one game in which you are having issues? Are the buttons/thumbsticks working fine in other applications?

It may be best to contact our support centre to try and troubleshoot this issue.

[ Edited ]

It sounds like your PS Vita Console has possibly encountered some kind of hardware issue unfortunately.

Again, the best course of action at this stage is to call our support centre on the numbers I posted above, and one of our friendly agents will be able to assist you further :smileyhappy:

Re: Vita problems

Thanks for the help! I had the same exact problem as you described. I was really getting worried too! But as soon as I charged it for a few minutes I turned it back on and it worked!
