Where's Gravity Rush?

I just recieved my Vita, went on the PSN was surprised not to find it up for download. Can anyone from Sony let us know what is happening with it. The playstation website says the 23rd and it was one of my main reasons for pre-ordering. Was very surprised not to see it there although there has been a bit of commotion about the launch. 

 

Kinda upsetting.
