More than a muppet, they should not be allowed to play games period. Seriously FFX-HD, MGS Collection on the go?! Resistance with the same fantastic gameplay and visuals as the PS3 on a handheld?! And I suspect the Killzone game will be right up there as well.
This is just the start, I love the Vita!!

1. poor line up on release and no word on the "big titles" to come
2. Screen... the screen out side is sad to say the least. in the sun the screen is impossible to see.
3. battery, the battery lasts for max 3 hours playing uncharted. with only a 0,5 centimetres thicker the vita could house a battery wich makes it atleast last for 8 hours. instead they sell a battery pack hanging under the vita to get this result... its insane.
4. near is a drama, it doesnt work at all.
5. GPS fix takes over 15 minutes. my HTC desire HD does it in 8 seconds (just tested it)
6. the screen is made out of plastic, wichmakes it easy to scratch.
7. the poor and ugly home screens and bubbles... do i need to say more?
8. wifi and gps are disabled everytime the screen goes black. after that the connection needs to be restored every time. GPS takes another 15 minutes to get a fix, after the screen goes black
9. The 2 joysticks feel like they can break every second there is a pretty big area of death in the middle
10. there is no storage on the vita. you cant play a game out of the box. you need to buy far to expensive memory. and the 32 GB isnt released out of the US... dont understand why... but probably to let people first buy a 16 GB and after that release the 32Gb so people buy that one too.
11. the joysticks are on the wrong place. need to hold the vita in a very unnatural way.
12 the back touchscreen (also made out of plastick, have some very deep scratches in it allready) is to big making un expected touches when playing a game. because of my big hands.
13. back and front camera has very poor quality.
do i need to continue?

You can't brush off the criticism about the GPS, Near and all the other stuff just saying that you don't use them. I am sick of technology gadgets with fantastic specifications on paper but half of the functionality doesn't work properly.
This looks like the same old PS3 argument. "It does everything" but when you point out that it doesn't play two thirds of the most common video and audio formats then the reply is "I bought it to play games".
If I think of the number of times I have seen that bloody "format not supported" message on my PS3 and my PSP, it really makes me sick.

You can as I have no use for them so yes I can just brush them off.
Thats what you get when you jump in at the deep end. With it being always why not wait and see if it works how it's hyped up to?
It is!
