I'm having the same problem. I have the PS Vita first edition and I still cant see Frobisher Says on the PS Store. I live in the States.

I can see Frobisher Says in the Danish store, but if you want to make sure it isn't there try searching for "Frobisher" in the store.

Also... before contacting playstation support try asking some other people who comes from the same country as you if they have the same problems.

if you pre orderd it you would get a pin to download it. Its going to come out for ALL ps vita users on may 22.(United States)

well if it's not there it isn't available unfortunately, there always seems to be some countries that never get this stuff, but i don't understand why the some people from the US can't access it, very strange....

Frobisher hit SCEE regions first. No idea what the roll-out plans were outside SCEE - perhaps SCEA didn't release multiple language versions?
