I'm not really sure what you can do,it can be really frustrating.Have you tried contact them through all the channels ...ie Twitter, facebook, phone, mail, instore.I live in Ireland and I'm still waiting for my code, that's seven days now!!I've contacted them through all the channels I mentioned above,I'm not sure if it's the same for VF UK.But the max waiting time for the Wipeout code stated on the VF Ireland website is 10 days. Also might I mention that we have to topup by €20 to get the code!!!Robbery...

Arrrgh. Just contacted them again:
Welcome to Vodafone! You are about to be connected to a online customer service representative for Vodafone UK. Your approximate wait time is 0 minute(s) and 21 seconds. We thank you for your patience and look forward to chatting with you.
You are now connected with Jaimin.
Jaimin: Hello, you're chatting with Jaimin, one of Vodafone's online customer service specialists. May I take your full name and mobile number please?
You: LLOYD CLAYTON ***************
Jaimin: Hi Lloyd
Jaimin: How are you doing today?
You: GOOD. JUST DROPPING IN MY NOW DAILY "WHERE'S MY WIPEOUT CODE" QUERY.
Jaimin: Have you topped up with £5 and registered your account online?
You: I'VE DONE EVERYTHING.
Jaimin: How long has it been since you registered?
You: ALMOST A WEEK.
Jaimin: There are two conditions where you don't get the wipeout code.
Jaimin: 1) You go into a Vodafone store and purchase an individual SIM card
Jaimin: 2) You purchase a Wi-Fi Playstation Vita
Jaimin: Once you've topped up the Vodafone SIM card you'll receive an SMS to your Playstation Vita containing a redeemable code otherwise.
You: I SHOULD HAVE IT THEN.
Jaimin: I see.
You: It took me 4 days to actually successfully top up. My sim got " admin blocked " because I'd tried so often. Finally got it sorted. Twice I got told it was a Sony issue ( I even got put through to Sony ) Sony said it's a Vodafone issue on both occasions. Contacted Vodaphone again. This time I was told to wait 72 hours. I waited 72 hours. Nothing. Called again & got told it was now a tech team issue & it'd be sorted in 48 hours. Guess what ??? Still no code. I don't have any other games for it yet so you can understand my frustration.
Jaimin: Lloyd, I completely understand how frustrating this can be.
Jaimin: What I suggest you do is, talk to our Pay As You Go Specialists directly.
Jaimin: I can connect you to them so this can be sorted out quickly.
You: I've spoken to them already.
Jaimin: I can call you right now, and connect you directly to them for help with this.
You: They just tell me to ring Sony
Jaimin: I see.
Jaimin: I will check your account notes to check the details of your previous interactions for this.
Jaimin: May I confirm your date of birth and the last 2 top up amounts on the account please?
You: Some customers who complain are just getting it sent via email. Can't you do it that way ?
You: ** / ** / **
You: £5 & £5
Jaimin: The pay as you go team may be able to do so, it's just that we don't have access to the required tools here to action that.
Jaimin: Thank you for verifying your details.
Jaimin: One moment please while I check your account for this.
Jaimin: Thanks for waiting.
You: Used to it
Jaimin: I just checked with the account history and went through the previous interactions.
Jaimin: I see that you were informed to contact Sony regarding the code, and I understand that you were not able to get it from them.
You: It's your promotion, not Sonys
Jaimin: Lloyd, I request you to talk to our pay as you go team with this, so this can be looked at further.
Jaimin: They would have the required tools to help you with this.
You: Ok, I'll try them again.
Jaimin: I can call you and connect you to them now, if you wish to talk to them now.
Jaimin: Alright, what number should I call you on?
Jaimin: Thank you.
Jaimin: One moment please.
Jaimin: You are now connected to pay as you go team.
The chat session has been closed by your Vodafone representative.
They couldn't help either !!!
She said she'd " try " to get a manager to call me back within 24 hours.

OMG.... almost same as mine. called vodafone to say got my free sim card with my ps vita and i want to activate the sim and put a £5 top up onto it so i can get the free wipeout game, the operator said you cant do it over the phone or online you have to go out and buy a £5 top up voucher from any retail store . so off i went and got a top up voucher and went back home to phone them back up to register my new sim. i did that and they said it will now take up to 72 hours for your wipeout code to come thru. 3 days later no code ....so i called vodafone again to say what is going on and to my supprise the operator said you was told incorrect information....you have to register on line and top up on line to recive your free code for wipeout !!!
so i told the operator that a member of his team told me the only way to get it was by voucher and he said theres nothing he could do about the mistake that his collegue had told me to do and once again told me i had to do it on line to get the code , and the only way to do that was by putting on another £5 !!!
i said this is scandalous why should i have to do this again when it was vodafones fault with wrong inforamtion . he said theres nothing he could do....so i was going mental on the phone and guess what he said... " as a good will gesture i will put £5 top up credit on your account for you if you want "
i said ....A GOOD WILL GESTURE IF I WANT !!! i had to laugh and calm down. anyhow i registered on line for another £5 top up and guess what ....still no code.
so a day later i called vodafone back again to see what the fxxk is going on and they said keep trying to see if you get a message for your code if not try in a few days !!!!!!
cheers vodafone .....NOT !!!!
