I'm not really sure what you can do,it can be really frustrating.Have you tried contact them through all the channels ...ie Twitter,facebook,phone,mail,instore.I live in Ireland and I'm still waiting for my code,that's seven days now!!I've contacted them through all the channels I mentioned above,I'm not sure if it's the same for VF UK.But the max waiting time for the Wipeout code stated on the VF Ireland website is 10 days.Also might I mention that we have to topup by €20 to get the code!!!Robbery...

hey dude ,youve probably done it but just checkin,have you clicked on the link in the email they sent to you (to confirm your email address)when you registered with them,also try your spam/junk email incase its gone in there

you dont need to register i topped up mine and got the code without registering

didnt work like that with me, i had to register to top via top up voucher,& as soon as i clicked the confirmation link they sent to my email address,the code arrived via sms on the vita

Jaimin: 1) You go into a Vodafone store and purchase an individual SIM card

Jaimin: Once you've topped up the Vodafone SIM card you'll receive an SMS to your Playstation Vita containing a redeemable code otherwise.
You: I SHOULD HAVE IT THEN.

You: It took me 4 days to actually successfully top up. My sim got " admin blocked " because I'd tried so often. Finally got it sorted. Twice I got told it was a Sony issue ( I even got put through to Sony ) Sony said it's a Vodafone issue on both occasions. Contacted Vodaphone again. This time I was told to wait 72 hours. I waited 72 hours. Nothing. Called again & got told it was now a tech team issue & it'd be sorted in 48 hours. Guess what ??? Still no code. I don't have any other games for it yet so you can understand my frustration.

Jaimin: What I suggest you do is, talk to our Pay As You Go Specialists directly.
Jaimin: I can connect you to them so this can be sorted out quickly.

OMG.... almost same as mine. called vodafone to say got my free sim card with my ps vita and i want to activate the sim and put a £5 top up onto it so i can get the free wipeout game, the operator said you cant do it over the phone or online you have to go out and buy a £5 top up voucher from any retail store . so off i went and got a top up voucher and went back home to phone them back up to register my new sim. i did that and they said it will now take up to 72 hours for your wipeout code to come thru. 3 days later no code ....so i called vodafone again to say what is going on and to my supprise the operator said you was told incorrect information....you have to register on line and top up on line to recive your free code for wipeout !!!
so i told the operator that a member of his team told me the only way to get it was by voucher and he said theres nothing he could do about the mistake that his collegue had told me to do and once again told me i had to do it on line to get the code , and the only way to do that was by putting on another £5 !!!
i said this is scandalous why should i have to do this again when it was vodafones fault with wrong inforamtion . he said theres nothing he could do....so i was going mental on the phone and guess what he said... " as a good will gesture i will put £5 top up credit on your account for you if you want "
i said ....A GOOD WILL GESTURE IF I WANT !!! i had to laugh and calm down. anyhow i registered on line for another £5 top up and guess what ....still no code.
so a day later i called vodafone back again to see what the fxxk is going on and they said keep trying to see if you get a message for your code if not try in a few days !!!!!!
cheers vodafone .....NOT !!!!
