 Question 1:  Would It ever be possible to play a PlayStation Vita on a TV?

This may seem odd, though I am aware the last-generation portable consoles could do that, not that greatly, but they still could do that and to me, while the PlayStation vita screen is great, it would be even greater to see on a HD TV. Some people may find this odd I don't, I think of it is Remote Play, just inreverse. The best way to explain it is instead of going on your PlayStation 3 to carry out remote play, the Vita should have its own, where you click a special, Vita- PS3 remote play button and you get the PS vita display, displayed on your PS3. This may seem odd, but I don't, to me it makes perfect sense.

Question 2:  Would it ever be possible to play a PlayStation Vita using a PS3 controller?

I think, that Sony did announce that PlayStation Vita could be used a PS3 controller for some games, and I think it would also work better if Sony said that a PS3 can play the PlayStation Vita, with an official PlayStation 3 controller. Some other forum members may be wondering, why on earth I suggested this idea, well it is simple, the Vita is great though it would be even better if you could play it using a official controller as all the buttons are spaced out well, while I couldn't account for how on earth you would integrate the touch screens into the ps3 controller, it would be a great thing to do.

No way, I had the same idea lol (friends tire of hearing it now).
Yes, using PS3 controller via bluetooth, and a mini HDMI to HDMI as a tv out cable would be awesome. It would put the Vita to great use and allow for a mini hd system you can take to a friend's house. With the bluetooth support for controllers it would also allow for multiplayer from the same system, something not really done with handhelds before.

Exactly, I want to play my VITA while the missus is watching her crap on the TV.
