go to psvita forums and some bloke tells you how its done.i tried it and it Works perfect.

But then you have to wait the time to download the file to your PC, the time to transfer the file to the Vita, and if you aren't NEAR your PC at the time you can't do it at all.

 

This way you download it DIRECTLY to your Vita and don't need to be anywhere near a PC/PS3.
